Captain Yayha Jabrane stepped up to score the winning goal.
Enyimba sent numbers forward in the second half but poor finishing and a resolute defense by Wydad thwarted their effort of getting an equaliser.
“We fight on ⚔️,” the Aba giants wrote on their official Facebook page with a team picture.
The two sides will meet in the reverse fixture this weekend at the Stade Mohamed V in Casablanca.
