Nigerian winger David Akintola has left the Premier League to return to Omonia Nicosia in Cyprus.
The player, who was with English club Hull City who he joined in August 2025 but was omitted from the squad list for Premier League matches, has agreed to terms with the club.
Akintola, 30, previously played for Omonia in 2020, a season which was interrupted by the pandemic, making seven appearances and scoring two goals.
The transfer will be announced after all the necessary procedures are completed.
His contract with Hull City was set to expire in June 2027, and his current market value is €1.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
