Heartland were involved in a ghastly road accident on Friday, Competesports.com reports. According to a release by the Nigeria National League (NNL) club, the unfortunate incident occurred on the their way to Abakaliki for the Ifeanyi Ekwueme TICO/SELECT pre-season tournament.
