Mamelodi Sundowns have secured their place in the CAF Champions League final after a hard fought 1–0 victory over Espérance de Tunis in the second leg of their semi-final clash.

The win sealed a 2–0 aggregate triumph for the South African giants.

Sundown’s decisive moment came through Bryan Leon, whose lone goal of the match sealed the win.

This marks the second consecutive Champions League final appearance for the club, as they aim to capture their second continental title since their historic triumph in 2016.

Victory in the Champions League will also guarantee Sundowns automatic qualification for the FIFA Club World Cup, further elevating their global profile.
