Rivers United and home based Super Eagles defender Ebube Duru has stated that the recently sacked Franco-German Eagles boss could have done more with players in the domestic league.
Duru speaking in a chat with brila.net stressed that the country’s interest should be more than the interest of any of few individuals and believes the coach was a good man but didn’t tap enough into the streams of domestic league players that could have handed him viable option for the success of the national team.
